 Many of the little skirts are embellished with hand made posies, little silk posies or beautiful large flowers that your little diva can wear as a brooch on her yummy skirt, her jeans or even as a barette in her hair.

 For years I have collected beautiful old pieces of lace at estate sales, flea markets or antique stores. I have always loved these little treasures and not too long ago had a fabulous adventure at an 50 year old fabric store in south Florida that went out of business.  Too much excitement at the auction and I lost a little control and walked out with bolts and bolts of delicate vintage lace.  Thus, My little "Rufflies" were born and I am so excited to be able to share these special pieces of lace with you.

 These skirts are perfect for your little gals birthday party couture and they look adorable with snug little ballet sweetheart neckline bodysuits, boots or silky ballet slippers. I have seen some memorable family holiday pictures with one or two of their little gals dressed up in my little Rufflies and a few little Rufflies are about to walk down the else in New Zealand, England and here in the states. I cannot wait to see the pictures.

Just got my cute "Mommy's Little Helpers fabric back from  Spoonflower and it turned it perfectly. The colors are yummy and it is going to be adorable on the little vintage apron pattern I just found for the Stitch Rock INDIE show next weekend.

I so excited to be designing a brand new product to feature my original art on.

Simone The Baby Sea Turtle's Adventure Onesie by Rosanna Hope For Babybonbons

Simone,  The baby Sea Turtle Onesie

So excited, working on a new collection of baby onesies, silky blankets and children's tee shirts that I have been thinking about for over a year, endangered species designs from my original illustrations. These are going to

include extinct or endangered baby animals, bugs, birds, and flowers as the focal part of the drawings.

Also I plan to try to work these into regions or states and resort areas for promotional  and shop gift giving.  Designs are also available for licensing for additional product.

Simone the Baby Sea Turtle is the first design to debut for a new client who is a physician  in South Carolina.

She practices on Sullivan's Island, a serene part of the coast off Charleston where the baby sea turtle is protected and  adored.  They even have a special Sea Turtle Hospital near by.

She contacted me to design  a Onesie, a  silky Babybonbon blanket and children's tee shirt to gift to her patients as a special office thank you.  She has a very popular primary care  practice with mothers of newborns and pediatric patients,  but does not  actually deliver the babies, so my Doctor Stork onesies which I design for my OB/GYN clients did not quite fit her need.

And then I remember the Endangered species project I had been sketching for the past few months and knew this was the perfect  opportunity to get this started.

So Simone is going in to print today for her first adventure!!!

Dr. Durst will be giving the first onesie and matching silky charmeuse baby blanket to a local Diabetes charity auction event the end of June in addition to her special giving to  patients.

Simone will be available for order for personal onesies in sizes up to 18 months and baby and toddler tee shirts, silky blankets and other children's accessories. 

Also of course, available for promotional items for doctors offices, museums, tourist shops, aquariums, school and non profits for your special little artsy couture garments and gifts.
